That’s Baller

So the scene has been plenty busy lately. Here’s some of the latest releases to come out and a little input on the ones that I have seen.

So I have only seen two of them; The Happening, and Wall-E……The Happening was actually pretty good! I had low expectations because people were really hating on it but I thought it was pretty suspenseful. I always liked Shyamalan though.
Wall-E was simply amazing. I can’t believe that Pixar was able to provoke real human emotions for a drawing of a robot. It was AMAZING. I actually think you shouldn’t bother wasting your time watching a TS of this fantastic movie….but honestly animated TS’ are the ones that translate the best on the film. Anyways….good luck with the movies and since it’s a rainy weekend here….I’ll probably catch up on some other movies!!

Just to set the record straight, I generally like Tito Ortiz. He’s certainly made a name for himself in the MMA game, and has made a ton of money in the process. He’s got a style that some love to hate, but he gets the press and what he does makes news. Hence this blog post. Honestly though, what’s up with getting a sponsorship from Mickey’s Fine Malt Liquor? I’m sure their money is just as green as anyone else’s and he will have the distinct honor of having cans of malt liquor made in his image and likeness, but come on…Was Mad Dog 20/20 not available? Did Olde English tap out the advertising budget?

I don’t even have words to describe this type of stuff anymore.

It goes without question that he Transporter series of films is VERY highly regarded by all of us here at That’s Baller. And, as such, we will not hesitate to tantalize you with the trailer for the third installment of the franchise. On a more personal note, I was deeply offended by the American moviegoing public’s utter lack of support for Jason Statham’s current film Death Race. House Bunny grossed more than Death Race this weekend. Case closed. Not Baller.

Just a heads up to all the fanbois out there, our friends at the iPhone Dev Team have cooked up a new version of the Pwnage tool for your jailbreaking pleasure. Not long after our friends from Cupertino released firmware 2.0.2 onto the free world, it was jailbroken (just like almost every other release). Good look Dev Team and thanks for the pwnage.
